Additionally, owners and pups can attend as many classes weekly, at their level or lower level, which For Paws offers. This agreement for canine obedience training is between For Paws Canine Obedience Training and Pet Care and the Owners/Parents of the dog listed. I understand that due to the nature of working with dogs and the variables involved, the results of these methods cannot be guaranteed. Further I agree to indemnify and hold For Paws Canine Obedience and Pet Sitting (including its employees and subcontractors) harmless from all or any claims, liability, or damages (including attorneys’ fees), whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, of or to any third party arising from or relating to our services.
